A song from the 90s (probably 92-96)

Hi. Music video: shot in the style of amateur footage, dark streets, some woman. The song is sung by a woman or a guy, I'm not sure. The language is probably a mixture of a little English and some strange (made up?) language. The song was quite popular at one time - they played it on Polish TV for sure, and I think in various TOP lists. The distinctive refrain, in which the proper name is scrolled, I think, in this strange, made-up language. The word "jambo" or something just like it comes to my mind.
