It was a song that flew on MTV at the time.It was a punk type.One guy with black hair put on some kind of gel/paint.There were puppets dancing around him at the end of the video about jumping on some kind of roof I think. I don't remember more I would be happy if someone would tell me what song it was. It was English-speaking.
