I'm looking for a music video

I am looking for a music video, I think it is quietly 20 years old. It features a girl band, styled like English straights, lots of frills and curls on their heads. The scenes are sort of ktecone in each room prostutki and they get ready. There is definitely a scene with a bathtub. It's not Moulin Rouge.
