I do not remember the melody or the artist. The music video was very bright almost white. There were people who were eating red-white and blue-white tablets. And they acted like they were in a trance. There were also shots as if the paint balloons were exploding under water (I mean such an effect). I heard this song in a store and that's all I could remember from the video that was displayed on the TV. It was a few years ago so I believe the song is not recent. Please help.
