Looking for a song

Hello, I am looking for a trance/techno style track. I suspect it was made below 2002/2001. It is melodic and I only remember a few words of the chorus, a male calm voice saying "it's time to" repeated a few times and then a rhythmic melody. I think those were the only words in the piece. The cassette tape where I had it is long lost. I've had this tune going through my head for years but can't find it. Greetings
