Looking for a song

Unfortunately I don't remember the lyrics. The song seems to be quite old, in the video there was a puppet/puppet/machine(??) that was watching something on the TV screen after which she wanted to correct her face/makeup. Each time the screen moved away from her until finally this machine/puppet with a mask couldn't reach it. Quite a crude music video, cool color scheme.
