Hello, I'm looking for a song from the rave genre. A song from the 2000s (something around that). The video for the song is black and white, the setting is a jungle. The beginning is a strong guitar riff, further in the middle a calm trumpet solo. I remember that the singer sang something like: "cancer is cancer, rava is rava...". In the video, some black guy was doing a flip into a river or lake. That's how much I remember, anyone have any associations?

I initially associated this with the band Scooter, but I couldn't find any music video matching the description. Then I was reminded of a music video by the band Apollo 440 titled "Ain't Talking 'Bout Dub" and that's probably the song you're referring to :)
I was a bit confused by the stated genre of rave music, it probably fits more with this song breakbeat or big beat, but that's a little clinginess on my part ;)
