I want to find a song, the thing is I only remember the music video. The clip is from somewhere around 1999 to 2012 the thing takes place in a school, the teacher turns children into adults. The song is of the pop genre. As soon as someone something, I would like to know very much.

The huge time frame you gave - from 1999 to 2012? It will be hard, because in my opinion the differences of these years are huge. When exactly could you have seen this music video? More the years 2000 - 2007 or maybe 2010?
