2 Brothers on the 4th Floor is a Dutch eurodance band formed by two brothers, Martin and Bobby Boer. As I am guessing they lived on the 4th floor.... ;) Many of their songs featured backing vocals by Des'Ray and rapping by D-Rock. I want to introduce you to their 1993 single 2 Brothers On The 4Th Floor - Never Alone.
