Czeslaw Niemen is one of Poland's most famous and popular singers. He was multi-talented, wrote his own lyrics, was a multi-instrumentalist and composer. The video I want to present to you was shot for one of his most famous songs, Czeslaw Niemen - Sen o Warszawie. Niemen was the author of the lyrics and the music was written by Marek Gaszynski, the song is one of the 20 tracks on the album of the same title. It was a big hit in 1966 and has also received numerous covers. Interestingly, it has been the unofficial anthem of Legia Warsaw since March 12, 2004, and has been regularly sung by fans in the stands of the Wojska Polska Stadium in Warsaw since that day.
