The band EMF is a British music group founded in 1989, which, with interruptions and lineup changes, still exists today. The band's work can be pigeonholed into the alternative rock genre. The name of the band EMF itself is said to be an acronym for "Epsom Mad Funkers," the name of a fan club of another British group, known for some great songs in the Synthpop and New Wave style, called New Order. In today's post, I would like to remind you of the EMF group's best-known song entitled Unbelievable. It was released in 1990, a year later it appeared on the American market where it climbed to the first place on the prestigious "Billboard Hot 100" chart. In Poland, on the other hand, the song reached the 18th place on the Triple H charts. Finally, it is worth noting that the EMF band itself is a good example of a representative of the so-called " one hit star" category. Admittedly, they have other songs and even three studio albums to their credit, but no other song after EMF - Unbelievable - has gained much worldwide popularity either in their native Britain or in the world.
