Eugenia Vlasova is a Ukrainian singer and the song "Wind of Hope" is her most famous song, which she released in 1999 and then again as a duet with Andru Donalds in 2005. She competed in the Eurovision Song Contest taking second place in 2007 with the song "I Will".
