"Vitamins" is one of the hit songs of the children 's group Beans. From what I've been able to determine, the song dates back to 1987 and is one of the group's best-known songs. The music for this song was composed by Krzysztof Marzec and the lyrics were written by Andrzej Marek Grabowski. Probably many of you will have great memories associated with this song so I invite you to a great song "Vitamins For Boy and Girl" for children from the wonderful 80s.
