Imogen Heap - Hide And Seek is the first single from her album "Speak For Yourself." The song gained popularity with the American series "The O.C." and also the subsequent 2007 Saturday Night Live Digital Short parody called "The Shooting." NBC was unable to upload the file to the YouTube server immediately after the show because the song was not approved. The matter was taken into their own hands by fans and they uploaded it and called "Dear Sister." It became a bestseller on the web where parodies with similar themes began to arrive, with scenes of real and fictional violence interspersed with the chorus. The song also appears in the films "The Last Kiss," "The Town" and "Warren Miller's Off the Grid." It was also used in the series "So You Think You Can Dance," Smith," "The L Word," "The Real World: Sydney," and "CSI: Miami."
