"Express Yourself" is Madonna's second single from her 1989 album "Like A Prayer." The song is also included on the artist's 1990 greatest hits compilation "The Immaculate Collection." The song was intended as a message to women to empower themselves, not allow themselves to be relegated to second place and start expressing themselves.
