Were you born in the 80s or 90s? Move back to your childhood years by listening to the hit song "A Ja Wolę Moją Mamę" performed by Majka Jeżowska. This artist, in addition to her traditional music career and the creation of pop music, also created music aimed at children. And it is from this work that most of us remember Ms. Majka Jeżowska. Most of us remember with a tear in our eye such hits as Wszystkie Dzieci Nasze Są or Najpiękniejsza w Klasie. As she herself emphasized in an interview, she was inspired by the desire to create music for her son. According to her, in those years such music was in short supply and when something was found it was of low quality. And so in 1984, using the lyrics of Agnieszka Osiecka, she composed the song "A Ja Wolę Moją Mamę" for the Third Program of Polish Radio. The song became very popular, even on the "Triple Play Chart" for 6 weeks. The success of the song prompted the artist to record an entire album, which was released under the same title. Sales of the album, for those times in which music piracy and cassettes bought on the market were an everyday occurrence, turned out to be quite a success. It sold a total of 50,000 copies.
