"Geronimo's Cadillac" is the first single from Modern Talking's fourth album In The Middle Of Nowhere. This song is the only one of those released by the band that did not reach the top of the German charts. Modern Talking - Geronimo's Cadillac was released in Germany and other European countries, on October 6, 1986. The single debuted at No. 3 on the German chart on November 3, 1986, almost a month after its release. It remained in the top-10 for five weeks and was in the top-100 in Germany for a total of 13 weeks.
