The Granderis Rock Opera project was born in Kielce, founded by Daniel in "pandemic" circumstances when musicians and vocalists had much more free time than in traditional circumstances. It was then that he pulled "out of the drawer" the song "Power of the Word ", which he decided to arrange in a musical-rock anthology and inviting the participation of friendly male and female vocalists. This project had been knocking around in the back of his head for years, but only such a surprising situation in the world allowed him to reach for its realization.

Exactly on June 10, 2020, "The Power of Words" premiered on social media, and the entire project is dated on this date.

By design, the project was to be "homerecording" and treated as a hobby. Initially it was simply called "Daniel Lurzynski and friends". The second track "You have to change something " was also released under this banner.

After its release, Mr. Daniel's commitment to the project grew, and it also gathered quite favorable feedback and reviews. The name "Granderis " was created in late December and early January. As Mr. Daniel's songs have a strong motivational and optimistic charge, he wanted the name to define the project's message as much as possible. Thus, from Latin "Grande" meaning great and "Eris" meaning You. In free translation they mean "You are Great ".

In February 2021, the romantic composition "Jigsaw Puzzle " was even more infused with symphonic flavors and a "Disney" edge. It is, to date, the lightest song in Granderis' repertoire.

After three songs, Daniel Lurzynski wanted to go a step further and for the next song he already shot a video by gathering friendly musicians and vocalists from all over Poland to Kielce. Here the video for the song "Who Doesn't Believe " was created - the most monumental and epic production to date.

The music of Granderis is difficult to define unequivocally. It is rock music, but with a lot of overtones: musical, symphonic rock music, film music, heavy metal or simply pop music. But always melodic, catchy and sung in many voices.
