I. Definitions

  • Service - the Muzolandia website available at muzolandia.pl
  • User - the person using the Muzolandia website
  • Administrator - the owner of the Muzolandia website
  • Registration - creating a user account on the Service

II. General information

  1. This Regulation defines the rules of use of the Muzolandia Internet service, registered in the domain muzolandia.pl, by users of the Internet.
  2. The Muzolandia Service is generally available and free of charge for all users. However, in order to use some of the services or functionalities provided, the User must register and then log in to the service.
  3. Any comments regarding the functioning of the portal should be submitted via e-mail, to the address given in the footer of the portal, or via the contact form in the Contact section Contact .

III. User Accounts

  1. Basic browsing of the Service is available to the public and does not require registration. However, in order to fully use the Service, it is necessary to create a user account. This registration is voluntary and provides several additional functionalities such as the ability to reserve a username used throughout the portal, access to create your own playlists with your favorite music videos, or access to other additional content on the site that is only visible to registered users.
  2. During Registration, the user is required to provide all data marked as required. The e-mail address and password provided are confidential and will not be shared with other users of the site. Other data, including username, may be visible on the Site or on a dedicated public user profile.
  3. By registering, the user agrees to collect and share basic statistics of his/her activity on the Site. This includes the number of comments, login history, number of "likes", etc.
  4. The name of a registered user will appear next to each comment, post or other item added by him/her on the Service.
  5. Any registered user has the right to delete his/her account from the Service without giving any reason. In order to do so, please contact the Administrator.

IV. Comments

  1. Adding comments on the Service is open to the public, it can be done by a User registered on the Service and an unregistered person. An unregistered user may not use a username that is reserved by the User who provided it when creating a user account.
  2. All comments added by Users before publication may be verified by the Administrator.
  3. It is forbidden to add comments that violate good manners and netiquette rules. Comments that are vulgar, insulting to anyone or violate the aforementioned good manners will be removed by the Administrator. It is also prohibited to include advertising links in comments and other content added to the site. In cases of notorious violations of the aforementioned rules, the Administrator reserves the right to delete the account of the User who commits such violations.
  4. Any violations of the comment rules should be reported to the Administrator.

V. Playlists

  1. The ability to create your own playlists is available free of charge to all registered and logged-in users. Each such user has the ability to create their own playlists and mark them as private or public.
  2. All public playlists are freely available to all users of the Service.
  3. Administrator reserves the right to mark selected users' playlists as "Featured".

VI. Forum

  1. When sharing on our forum, remember to respect the dignity of other users. Do not insult, ridicule or call anyone names.
  2. Remember that this is a Music Service, dedicated to music and that is what we focus on. Let's try to keep politics out of it.
  3. Don't litter our forum with threads on the same topic. Let's take care of order together and not litter the Forum with pointless posts.
  4. Administrator reserves the right to remove duplicate threads in order to maintain order in our forum.
  5. Make sure your posts are linguistically and factually correct.

VII. Advertisements

  1. Administrator reserves the right to display text ads, graphic ads, video ads, links and sponsored articles on the Service.
  2. Administrator reserves the right to send advertising emails to registered users.

VIII. Privacy Policy

  1. Personal information provided at Registration by users (including email addresses) is known only to the Administrator and Owner of the Website and will not be shared with third parties. Each user has the right to change or delete their personal data.
  2. Information contained in system logs is used only for technical purposes having to do with the administration of the Website and server administration.

IX. Copyrights

  1. The owner of the copyright to all texts and articles posted on the site is the owner of the Muzolandia portal. Copying, publication or distribution without the knowledge and consent of the Administrator is prohibited
  2. All photos and drawings, unless stated in the content of the material, are the property of their authors and on the Muzolandia website are used solely for illustrative purposes and with indication of the source. These materials are used under a Creative Commons license or are published on the basis of using works whose copyright has already expired.
  3. Administrator undertakes to remove or redact materials after reporting copyright infringement by their owner.
  4. Video materials placed on the site (including all music videos) come from external services such as YouTube. No such materials are hosted on the servers of the Site Administrator. In case of copyright infringement in these materials, you should report it to the owner of the service from which they originate. You can also report this fact to the Administrator, but he does not have the ability to remove these materials from external services.

X. Final provisions

  1. The Service Administrator reserves the right to technical interruptions during which part or all of the Service may be unavailable to users.
  2. The Service Administrator reserves the right to completely shut down the Service at any time.
