"Promise Me" is British singer Beverly Craven 's biggest hit from 1990. The ballad was released as the lead single from the artist's debut album titled "Beverly Craven" and was initially not very successful in the charts. However, the situation was changed by successful appearances on British television and a tour of the country, which resulted in the re-release of the single. The song then did very well in the charts of the most popular songs in the UK and throughout Europe. The song "Promise Me" Beverly Craven won the Brit Awards in the Best Debut category.
