Crystal Waters was born on October 10, 1964 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is an American dance and pop singer. Her most famous songs are "Gypsy Woman (She's Homeless) " (1991), "100% Pure Love"(1994) and "Say... released in the mid-1990s. If You Feel Alright"(1997 ). The featured music video was shot for her 1991 single Crystal Waters - Makin Happy. It was the second single from her debut album Surprise, released in November 1991. It achieved moderate success in European countries, but spent a week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play, in the US.
