Evanescence - My Immortal is another hit song by this American rock band, whose music videos I want to introduce to you. It was released on December 8, 2003, as the third single from their debut album Fallen. The lyrics were written entirely by former guitarist Ben Moody. The music video, directed by David Mould, was shot entirely in black and white in the Gothic Quarter (Barri Gòtic) in Barcelona. The video was shot before Ben's passing, and looks like a foreshadowing of that event, as it depicts the guitarist wandering alone and Amy watching him, who never once touches the ground with her feet. She stands on a phone booth, walks on a roof, lies on a car and sings about death.
