Jan Wayne - Because The Night is a remix of a very well-known hit song recorded by a German DJ who is a producer of electronic technical music. The presented remix is from 2002 and the original song is from 1978 - it was performed by Patti Smiht (it was her fourth single). The cover performed by Jan Wayne is not the only one, the song was performed outside of him: Tony Award (1980), the band Keel (1986), Cascada (2008) and even the Italian gothic rock band Domina Noctis (2008). The song was performed live by Bruce Springsteen during a concert in Miami with U2 singer Bono during their last tour in 2009.
