John Lennon - Happy Xmas (War is Over) is a very popular Christmas song by this singer (former "Bitels") and his wife Yoko Ono. It is not a typical Christmas song but a protest against the Vietnam War. Nevertheless, it has become a holiday classic that can be found on numerous Christmas albums and is broadcast by radio stations and music programs during the Christmas season. "Happy Xmas" was recorded in October 1971 at Record Plant Studios in New York, and Phil Spector was responsible for its production. We can also hear the Harlem Community Choir children's choir in the song, which were included in the messages on the single's cover.
