"Run Away" is a 1994 single by German eurodance band Real McCoy. It gained immense popularity and reached No. 3 on the Billboard charts in the US, where it received gold status, and No. 6 in the UK. The lyrics are based on Orwell George's novel "Nineteen Eighty-Four." In addition, all the female vocals in the song were performed by Karin Kasar.
