OMC or "Otara Millionaires Club" is a band in New Zealand founded in 1992. The very name of the band was mocking because the band was founded in one of the poorest parts of the country which was Otara, a suburb of Auckland. The band itself can undoubtedly be called a one-hit star, and the song I would like to present to you today is just that one hit by the OMC band. The song How Bizarre, as it is referred to, was released at the end of 1995 and immediately gained great popularity not only in New Zealand but also in many corners of the world. First place on the charts in Canada, the United States and Australia is not all, as the hit song also won several awards and honors. It is worth mentioning that the budget that was spent on the video was $7,000, and in the US alone it was shown on television more than 15,000 times in 1997 and 1998.
