"I Open Wine" is Sidney Polak's third single from the artist's 2004 debut album. The song was released on July 13 and quickly gained popularity. The author of the lyrics and the main performer is the aforementioned Sidney Polak, while the well-known rapper Pezet is also responsible for the musical composition. The song was listed on the 10th place of the Third Program charts, the 1st place of the Szczecin charts and the 3rd place of the Windward Radio charts.
The music hit "I Open Wine" can be found on many releases, such as "Cult Holiday Hits of Radio Wawa", Radio Wawa and "Musical Order Office". Interestingly, the song also appears in the soundtrack to the film "Tylko mnie kochaj" with Maciej Zakościelny and Agnieszka Dygant.
