"California Dreaming" is a very popular song first released by the group The Mamas & the Papas in 1965. It is ranked 89th on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. It has lived to see many covers including the Beach Boys' rendition I'm presenting. In 1986, the Beach Boys recorded a second version of California Dreaming and included it on their greatest hits album. The most recent cover was recorded by Lutricia McNeal in 2004 and it was included on her album Soulsister Ambassador. I invite you today to listen to The Beach Boys' version of California Dreaming.
