Timbaland is an American music producer, rapper, singer and DJ in one person. His real name is Timothy Zachery "Tim" Mosley, he was born in 1972 and has been on the music market since 1993. At the beginning of his career, he very quickly gained fame in the music community thanks to his collaborations with artists such as Aaliyah's and Missy Elliott. In addition to being a producer of some of the biggest stars in the music scene, he also has a lot of his own productions to his credit. In 2007, he released his second studio album entitled "Shock Value." The first single promoting this album was Timbaland's song Give It to Me, which he invited Canadian singer Nelly Furtado and American singer Justina Timberlake'a to record. The song is in the style of Electro and Hip Hop with an audible hint of club music. The single reached number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart, and also became the biggest hit from the entire album. In Europe it also did very well, but here the biggest hit from the said album was Timbaland - Apologize (feat. One Republic).
