Music video description

The Violin Concerto in D Major, Op. 77 by Johannes Brahms is considered one of the greatest masterpieces of violin literature. The concerto was dedicated to Joseph Joachim, the famous violinist and a warm friend of Brahms, from whom the composer, who did not play the violin himself, often sought advice in developing the solo part. The Violin Concerto, like the two piano concertos, is actually a symphony with the participation of the solo instrument - the violin part is as if subordinated to the concept of the whole.
