"Old Waltz" is piosenka Mieczysława Fogga, which can be found on the album "Unforgettable Hits" from 1987. The earliest release of this song performed by Mr. Fogg I found was from 1969, and that is the year I put in the year of release of this song. If anyone thinks I am wrong then please contact me.... Mieczyslaw Fogg is a Polish artist who began his career in the interwar period. He amassed hundreds of awards and prizes, and Polskie Nagrania awarded him an honorary Golden Record for lifetime achievement in 1970. He died in September 1990 in Warsaw.
