Smokie is a British band performing pop music and country rock very popular in the '70s. The pillars of the band were Chris Norman, Alan Silson and Terry Uttley. To achieve commercial success, the group teamed up with the well-known duo of glam rock hit makers Chinn-Chapmann. In 1975 the group finally adopted the name Smokie. The song I want to present to you Smokie - I'll Meet You At Midnight comes from their fourth album "Smokie" from 1977 and is the fifth song on the list. The album did not live to see any covers.
