Stealers Wheel is a Scottish music band formed by schoolmates of Gerry Rafferty, which you already know from great hits presented on Muzolandia and by Joe Egan. Today I would like to introduce you to one of the most recognizable hits of this band. However, first a little trivia. Mr. Egan and Mr. Rafferty met when they were teenagers and decided to form a music band in 1972. Unfortunately, the cooperation did not last long and the band ended 3 years later. From what the band members said, the success of the song surprised them, it even reached number 6 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart and sold over a million copies.
