"Neighbor" is one of the Toples' hit songs from their fourth album, "No Soap, No Grenade," from 2002. The album contains 16 songs and was very popular. The Toples band was founded in 1998, but now there are two lineups with the SAME name and playing the same repertoire. This is due to the confusion that resulted from the departure of the group's leader Marcin Siegienczuk from the label. There is currently a lawsuit over the copyrights to his songs.
