Music video description

Varius Manx - Kill Me is the first single promoting the 1995 album "Elf" by Varius Manx. The music for the song was composed by Robert Janson and the lyrics were written by Anita Lipnicka. The album "Elf" was the last released in cooperation with Anita Lipnicka and it sold about 500,000 copies. As a trivia note, it is the band's tradition to give their studio albums (except for the first two) three-letter names beginning with the letter E.

The lyrics of the song Varius Manx - Kill Me :
A cloudy darkness hangs in the air
I am lost in thought to the very bottom
And no thought pleases me
It's getting black and white again
Longing is such an evil,
Which attacks from four sides
Takes away all that I have
Doesn't give a chance!

Ref:
Kill me - before she does
Kill me - it doesn't hurt anything
If you want to have holy peace
Kill me - I'll close my eyes

I spread my cards, I delude myself
Solitaire comes out still no
All around me everything tells me,
That these are my last days
Because love is blind
Has the right to be wrong sometimes
The only question I have
Why me!

Ref (2x)
Kill me - before she does
Kill me - it doesn't hurt anything
If you want to have holy peace
Kill me - I'll close my eyes

A murky darkness hangs in the air
