Billy Joel is an American singer and songwriterThe Bridge born in 1948 in New York City, Bronx borough. He began his musical career in 1965 and was inspired by the performance of the band The Beatles on the well-known American television show of the time, "The Ed Sullivan Show." In 1986 the singer released the album "The Bridge" and the second single that promoted it was the song "A Matter of Trust." Russell Mulcahy was responsible for the music video for this song, and the clip is set in St. Mark's Place, New York. The song is one of the few in his career to rely more on the sound of electric guitars than on the piano, on which he often played his songs. It is also the only music video where you can see him playing the guitar and the artist himself admitted that it is one of his favorite videos.
